Political Science:

• Handbook of Latin American Studies (HLAS) Online 1935 - present: A bibliography on Latin America consisting of works selected and annotated by scholars. Edited by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress, the multidisciplinary Handbook alternates annually between the social sciences and the humanities.
• International Law An introduction to the vast amount of information on international law; particularly for readers not familiar with the subject.

  Devoted to political science, Poly-Cy, has a wide range of links and explanatory material.
• The Urban Institute: A nonpartisan economic and social policy research organization offering selected recent reports, events, commentaries, books and New Federalism Notes.
