Guidelines for Library Classroom and Lab

Primary use of library instructional space

Library instructional sessions take precedence in the scheduling of library teaching space. Faculty may schedule occasional use of library classroom (L2023) or lab (L1033) but may be preempted by library instruction with no less than a week's notice. Library 2023 and 1033 can not be scheduled for semester-long courses.

Student groups may schedule L2023 for student group meetings taking place after 5 p.m. during the week. A University faculty/staff member must reserve the room and must be present during the meeting. Reservations will take place on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations may be preempted by library instruction with no less than a week's notice.
