I joined UW-EC in the Fall of 2003. I received my doctorate from the University of Iowa, my Masters in Labor and Human Relations from The Ohio State University, and my BA from Kansas State University. After receiving my masters, and prior to returning for my erent organizations (one for-profit in the agriculture industry, and one non-profit in the foster care industry). The majority of my time teaching is spent in the Strategic Management course required for all business majors. I also am involved in the MBA program, and teach an on-line Training interests are strongly focused in the area of safety within organizations.

On a more personal note, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my husband and son (who was born just this last October). I have also taken up snowmobiling since we moved to Wisconsin, and began taking flying lessons this past summer. During the summer, we enjoy biking and walking, and being outdoors in general.
