Officer Duties

PRESIDENT:

Preside at all meetings of the club and its Executive Board. S/he will act as administrative head of the organization. The president shall have the power to appoint committees with the approval of the Executive Board and to be an "ex-officio" member of all committees.

Events

VICE- PRESIDENT:

Responsible for all programs and social events of the club. In the capacity of program chair, s/he wil have the power to assign duties to committee members in the completion of program responsibilities. In the absence of the president, the vice-president shall preside at the meetings and perform all other duties of that officer. It shall be the responsibility of the vice-president to send out any notices for expulsion that may occure during that year.

Meetings

SECRETARY:

keep an accurate record of the minutes of all general and Executive Board meetings, and attendance of all members, and to conduct all regular correspondence connected with the association and post all notices of the general and Executive Board meetings. All minutes of the general and ExecutiveBoard meetings will be posted within one week of the previous meeting.

Requirements

TREASURER:

keep financial records, pay bills upon order of the Executive Board or the membership as a whole, and submit an annual report at the last general meeting for its approval

PUBLICITY COORDINATOR:

Plan and direct all publicity for upcoming events and meetings.
