Hi'ilawe Falls

Hi'ilawe Falls is about 2,000 feet tall, making it the tallest waterfall in the state of Hawaii.  The stream that feeds Hi'ilawe Falls is a perennial stream.  The farm lands above Waipio Valley use this stream for irrigation purposes, causing Hi'ilawe Falls to become dry sometimes.  There is another waterfall that is just to the lookers left of Hi'ilawe Falls, but that one has not been turned on for a number of years.
