Flying for remote sensing!

Hi, my name is Robyn Zentgraf and I am a senior at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.  I was born in Milwaukee, WI.  I lived in Milwaukee until I was in third grade and then moved southwest to Eagle, WI.  I have lived there with my parents until I started attending UWEC in August 2004.  While living in Milwaukee my family and I made frequent visits to Lake Michigan.  At the time we only lived about 10 minutes away.  We would walk on the beach and collect stones, shells, and lake glass.  Moving to Eagle was a complete change in scenery for me.  We lived about five minutes from the lower portion of the Ice Age Trial and the Kettle Moraine Forest sector.  The entire wilderness really got me into hiking and camping.  I learned to love being outdoors to the point that I was only inside when it rained.  Nature and its wonders made me realize that we as a whole had to do something.  I think that’s why I finally ended up in the geography field.  I am a geography major with a resource management emphasis.  I am going to try and protect what beautiful things we have on this Earth and try to come up with cleaner and better ways of living life today.

I played lacrosse for one year at UWEC. I am number 14. I had a complete blast!
