Conclusions
            The Industrial organic waste appears to closely resemble the industrial organic sediment in Rib Lake, Wisconsin (Appendix C). If composting is possible in Rib Lake it is also possible in HML. Further research is needed to streamline the composting process if HML was to be dredged.
