An Introduction...
Damaging earthquakes at Yellowstone National Park are likely to continue occurring every few decades and eventually Yellowstone will erupt again. Looking at history, those same powerful forces that created Yellowstone are still at work today but at a smaller scale and they have the potential to build up and cause a globally devastating eruption sometime in the future.
