It all began with a sword, empty-hand, and jung bong form.
Next came the women of the club to show their self-defense skills.
Then Instructor Pivec demonstrated more self-defense on the three Tae Soo Do instructors.
Next, beginner and intermediate students took the opportunity to perform
techniques in the aisle...
