HRS Talent Acquisition implementation team. Automation analyst.
Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is the recruiting solutions portion of UW-System’s Human Resources System (HRS) PeopleSoft implementation project. Our team is working remotely in Eau Claire while the rest of the HRS project is located in Madison. We are responsible for identifying recruitment related business processes across all of UW-System campuses, colleges, and extension offices. Then determining how TAM will meet the Unclassified and Classified recruitment needs. We will also determine how to fill in gaps between UW-System requirements and PeopleSoft delivered functionality and are working to successfully implement the new recruiting system for everyone’s use.
