You have several places to go for funding to have food sponsored at your event. |

Unfortunately, the Housing and Residence Life Department cannot purchase food for any program or event.
Please do not put food requests on program support forms. Food can only be purchased with student organization accounts, not state-controlled accounts. If you feel that you have a special circumstance, e-mail Paul Shepherd, Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life at shephepr@uwec.edu to discuss your circumstance. |

Your Food Purchasing Options |

All food consumed on campus for meetings, activities, etc., must be provided by Blugold Dining Services. In special circumstances, Blugold Dining may grant a waiver to allow an outside vendor to provide food for a meeting or activity. All student organizations get an additional Policy for Food on Campus pdf If you are interesting in catering your event through Blugold Dining, please talk to your hall director or advisor to discuss further steps. |
