New Student Housing Information

Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire

By living in one of our residence halls, you will have an opportunity to become part of an exciting, dynamic and rewarding environment that will encourage personal development through community living and involvement.

Your hall and room assignment as well as roommate information were recently mailed to you. You will have an opportunity to visit the hall you’ve been assigned to between 3:15-5:00 p.m. during your Orientation session this summer. Tours of Towers are conducted at 12:15pm and 3:15pm throughout the summer.

The residence halls open on Sunday, August 30th for first year and transfer students. Classes officially begin on Wednesday, September 2nd at 8:00 a.m. Unless we receive word from you concerning a late arrival on campus, your space may be released and reassigned to another student after this date.

If you no longer plan to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Please contact the Housing & Residence Life Office if you have any questions regarding the opening of the residence halls. We hope the forthcoming year will be a rewarding experience for you.
