Loft (Furniture) Arrangement Form


To have furniture or lofts arranged for you, please complete and submit the form below. The form should be completed in consultation with your roommate. All requests made prior to August 1st will have priority processing and should be completed prior to your arrival.

Only University-provided bed loft systems are allowed in residence hall rooms.

Current residents completing this form for an arrangement to be completed in the current semester: A staff member will contact you to arrange an appointment for your loft change.

Students completing this form for the next academic year: Please complete this form by August 1st. Every attempt will be made to complete this arrangement by the opening of the residence halls in the fall.

You and your roommate should submit one request form together. If two different forms are received for the same room, the changes will not be made before you arrive on campus.
