Residents allowed per rental unit
The City of Eau Claire zoning ordinance regulates the maximum number of unrelated residents allowed in dwelling units.
In general a maximum of 3 unrelated people are allowed in a dwelling unit. Some areas allow 4 residents, and in a licensed rooming house 5 or more may be allowed.
