UW-Eau Claire's Haas Fine Arts Center is home to the departments of art & design
and music and theatre arts.


Foster Gallery exhibit
Throughout the year, the Foster Gallery hosts a variety of art exhibits featuring
works by faculty, students and internationally known artists.


Singing Statesmen concert in Gantner Concert Hall
Gantner Concert Hall is the site of performances by UW-Eau Claire's many
music ensembles.

The intimate Riverside Theatre, a 200-seat, thrust-stage facility, is used for
both studio and mainstage theatrical productions.


Blugold Marching Band member
The Blugold Marching Band practices inside the Haas Fine Arts Center in winter
months and outside on the building's grounds during fall and spring.

WUEC-FM provides campus and community listeners with programming devoted to
news, current events, information, education and a variety of music.


The Leonard and Dorellen Haas Fine Arts Center houses art, music and theatre faculty offices, as well as numerous classrooms and studios. The Haas Fine Arts Center also houses the Foster Gallery, Gantner Concert Hall and Riverside Theatre. A television studio is located here, as is the campus radio station, WUEC-FM. The building was constructed in 1970. It was named for the late Leonard Haas, UW-Eau Claire's president from 1959-71 and chancellor from 1973-80, and his wife, Dorellen.
