Listening to Voice Mail Using Play on Phone
This documentation addresses Voice Mail capabilities available only on IP phones.
The Play on Phone feature offers privacy and convenience when listening to Voice Mail. When checking Voice Mail from Outlook or Outlook Webmail, you may not want to play the message through your computer's speakers. With one click, Play on Phone bypasses the menu choices to arrive at message play-back and allows you to listen to the message on the phone of your choice.

Log in to Outlook or Outlook Webmail

Open the message containing the Voice Mail
HINT: These messages appear with a subject stating “Voice Mail from”
- Outlook: On the Message tab, in the Voice Mail group, click PLAY ON PHONE
Webmail: At the top of the message, click PLAY ON PHONE . . .
The Play on Phone dialog box appears.

Outlook: In the Dial text box, type the phone number on which you want to listen to the message
Webmail: In the Dial this phone number text box, type the phone number on which you want to listen to the message -
Click DIAL
