Microsoft Exchange allows you to access your voice and email options hands-free, by speaking a command. For example, the exchange attendant can read your Voice Mail, your email or your calendar to you.

  1. On your phone, press the MESSAGES buttonMessages button

  2. Enter your PIN followed by [#]
You will be prompted with the commands to say to access the desired option.

  3. Say the command for the option you want to hear
    EXAMPLE: Say “email”
The attendant reads that option to you or asks for further commands to narrow the selection.
    NOTE:
If you say “directory”, you will hear the options for finding someone in the UWEC directory. When directed, say the first and last name of the person you would like to contact and the system will give you additional options.
