Listening to Voice Mail from Your Email

This documentation addresses Voice Mail capabilities available only on IP phones.

You can listen to Voice Mail messages when checking your email. Be sure your sound is on.

  1. Log in to Outlook or Outlook Webmail

  2. Open the message containing the Voice Mail
    HINT: These messages appear with a subject stating “Voice Mail from”
    Sample messages

  3. On the graphic of the audio player, click the PLAY button Play button
    OR
    Webmail only: To play the message from the .wav file link,
    1. Click the WAV file linkSample wav file
      The File Download dialog box appears.
    2. Click OPEN
      Windows Media Player (or your default audio file player) opens and begins to play the message.
