UW-System faculty and staff may duplicate this handout and/or modify the contents to fit their specific environment. Please include a statement that acknowledges that the materials were developed by or adapted from materials prepared by University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Non-Profit Users
- Duplicate As Is
You must request permission before making copies of the documentation to be used to support your activities. Send an email message to Jeri Weiser (weiserjl@uwec.edu) indicating your university/organization name, location, intended audience, and the specific documents that you wish to use. Proper credit must be maintained. Consideration will be given to all requests from non-profit organizations. - Modify to suit your needs

Any modifications must give proper credit to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Consideration will be given to all requests from non-profit organizations.

- Due to the funding for development and the purpose of this collection, it cannot be duplicated for distribution in for-profit organizations or be modified to suit the organization's needs.
