Viewing the AutoStaff Directory

Learning and Technology Services (LTS) maintains a directory for AutoStaff. Much like the Campus Directory, it includes granted information (name, address, phone, email) of all UW-Eau Claire faculty and staff.

AutoStaff can be used like your traditional Contacts for generating email messages, requesting appointments, adjusting the views, and locating items. Because you are linked to the campus copy, you cannot make any changes to the information. This directory is updated daily based on changes to the personnel database.

AutoStaff can be accessed from your Folder List. Use the following steps to navigate to AutoStaff.

  1. To view the Folder List, from the Navigation pane, click FOLDER LISTFolder List button
    The Folder List appears.

  2. To display the contents of Public Folders, click thePlus signnext to Public Folders
    The contents of the Public Folders folder appear.

  3. To display the contents of All Public Folders, click thePlus signnext to All Public Folders
    The contents of the All Public Folders folder appear.

  4. To display the contents of UWEC Directory, click thePlus signnext to UWEC Directory
    The contents of the UWEC Directory appear.

  5. Click AUTOSTAFF
