Appointment and event times and dates may change. If you have Events or Appointments which need to be altered after you have already created them, you do not need to recreate them to change their attributes. Outlook's Calendar allows you to easily make modifications.
Changes to Appointments and Events can occur for many reasons: location change, date change, allotted time change, and so forth. Sometimes you will need to access the Appointment dialog box to make the required changes. Other times, you can drag-and-drop the Appointment or Event to a new time.
In the Navigation pane, click CALENDAR![]()
The Calendar view appears.
In your Calendar, double click the Appointment or Event to change
The Appointment or Event dialog box appears.

If you selected a recurring Appointment or Event, from the confirmation dialog box that appears, select whether you want to open the selected occurrence or the series of occurrences.
Make the desired changes
NOTE: To alter the Start or End times, change the Start time information first. Changing the End time information first may give you a warning message indicating a time conflict.
