Using Help Files

Open the desired Office 2007/2008 program

In the upper-right corner of the program window, click HELP
The Help task pane appears. -
In the Help text box, type a word or phrase for your topic

Windows: Click SEARCH
Macintosh: Press [return]
Results matching your search terms appear. -
Select a topic by clicking it once
The Microsoft (program name) Help dialog box appears with the topic displayed. -
When done, close the Microsoft (program name) Help dialog box and Help task pane
