Open the desired Office 2007/2008 program
In the upper-right corner of the program window, click HELP![]()
The Help task pane appears.
In the Help text box, type a word or phrase for your topic
Windows: Click SEARCH![]()
Macintosh: Press [return]
Results matching your search terms appear.
Select a topic by clicking it once
The Microsoft (program name) Help dialog box appears with the topic displayed.
When done, close the Microsoft (program name) Help dialog box and Help task pane
