Microsoft Entourage 2008

Viewing Email with Filters

Filters provide a way to view only messages that meet specific criteria, providing an easier way to find needed messages. Only the messages that meet the criteria set by the filter will be visible in the folder, although other messages are still present in the folder and can be viewed by simply removing the filter.
