Using message drafts can save the time you spend recreating messages you send frequently. You can also save a message you have started, but do not have time to finish. This document explains how to create, duplicate, and send drafts.
Creating a draft is much like creating an email message. The difference is that instead of sending the message, you save it to send later. If you send a particular message frequently, you can save a draft instead of recreating the message each time it needs to be sent. You may also create a draft to start a message that you are unable to complete.
