Modifying Subscriber Information for Administrators

If necessary, administrators can change the information stored in the Newsletter system for a particular subscriber. This can be useful if a subscriber's email address or name changes, or if a subscriber no longer wants to be a part of the Newsletter system.

You can edit subscriber name and email information if requested to do so.

  1. Log in to the Administrative Home page

  2. On the navigation bar, click SUBSCRIBERS
    The Newsletter Subscribers page opens.

  3. If necessary, use the Search tools to locate and display the subscriber you want to edit

  4. For that subscriber, click EDIT SUBSCRIBEREdit Subscriber button
    The Edit Subscriber page opens.

  5. Make the desired changes to the subscriber name and/or email address

  6. Click UPDATE

WARNING: Deleting a subscriber will remove that person from the Newsletter system and unsubscribe them from all newsletters.

  1. Open the Administrative Home page

  2. On the navigation bar, click SUBSCRIBERS
    The Newsletter Subscribers page opens.

  3. If necessary, use the Search tools to locate and display the subscriber you want to delete

  4. For that subscriber, click DELETE SUBSCRIBERDelete Subscriber button
    A confirmation dialog box appears.

  5. Click OK
    The subscriber is removed from the Newsletter system.
