Working with Site Definitions

When you define a site, it is defined only on that particular computer. For students and other web developers that may not always use the same machine, site definitions can be imported and exported from one computer to another. This eliminates the need to define a site at each new computer.

NOTE: This document assumes you have defined a local and remote site. For more information, refer to Defining Local & Remote Sites.
