Accessing Artifacts in Your Portfolio
Web Portfolio allows you to view an artifact directly from a personal portfolio. It also possible to save an artifact to your computer from a portfolio so you can revise it. This document shows you how to view or save an artifact in Web Portfolio.

Viewing an Artifact

From the Portfolio menu, select View My Portfolio

Select the portfolio tab which contains the artifact

Navigate to the artifact you wish to view

Click the filename of the artifact
The File Download dialog box appears. -
To open the file on your computer, click OPEN
The artifact opens in the appropriate program. -
When done viewing, close the program window.
You are returned to Web Portfolio.
Downloading an Artifact

From the Portfolio menu, select View My Portfolio

Select the the portfolio tab which contains the artifact

Navigate to the artifact you wish to view

Click the filename of the artifact
The File Download dialog box appears. -
Click SAVE
The Save As dialog box appears. -
Using the Save in pull-down list, navigate to the desired save location

Click SAVE
The artifact is saved in the desired location.
Viewing Artifact File Information
You can view file information about an artifact such as the file size and the date it was uploaded to your portfolio.

From the Portfolio menu, select View My Portfolio

Select the portfolio tab which contains the artifact

Navigate to the artifact you wish to view the information for

To the right of the artifact name, click VIEW FILEINFO
The FileInfo dialog box appears.
