Survey Options: General Information
The General Information section of the Survey Options page allows you to edit the survey title, apply a template, and adjust the starting and ending dates of your survey.
To access Survey Options:

From the My Surveys page, for your survey, click OPTIONS
The Survey Options page appears.
The General Information section is shown here:
Title
This is the name of the survey that you, as creator, will see in your list of surveys. It is also the title that appears to respondents taking the survey.
Template
The pull-down menu provides access to available templates.
Survey Language
Allows you to specify the language your survey has been created in.
Status
Indicates whether your survey is open or closed to respondents or if it is in Design mode. The status can be changed using this pull-down menu.
Start Date
This is the first date that your survey will be available to respondents. The default is the same as the Date Created.
End Date
Respondents have until the end of this day (date) to complete your survey. The default is 30 days from the Date Created. If you create your survey well in advance of when users will be completing it, you will want to change this date to extend the survey period.
