Survey Options: Survey Completion Properties
The Survey Completion Properties section of the Survey Options page allows you to determine what happens when a user submits your survey.
To access Survey Options:

From the My Surveys page, for your survey, click OPTIONS
The Survey Options page appears.

Completion Action
There are four things that can occur when a respondent clicks SUBMIT: They see a message that you can customize, they see the results, they are taken to a web page that you specify, or their browser window closes.
Completion Message
If you select Display Message for the Completion Action, respondents will see the message typed here.
Completion URL
If you select Redirect to Another URL for the Completion Action, respondents will be taken to the website indicated by the URL you type here.
Buttons
You can provide the buttons indicated for respondents to click. These buttons appear under the Completion Message.
Send Responses To
An email message for each survey response will be sent to the address(es) specified here.
