Customizing the Results Report

There are numerous options for customizing the Initial Report or additional reports. This document covers some of the frequently used options in the Report Options pull-down menu. This document discusses the following:

The default is to display the results for all questions. However, if you want to display the results for only specific questions, you can do so.

  1. Display the report

  2. In the Options pane, under Questions, select/deselect the questions to display
    NOTES:
    By default, all questions are selected.
    A question is selected when a checkmark appears before it.

The default is to display one survey question per page in the results report. It may be more conducive to your needs to display more questions per page.

  1. Display the report

  2. From the Report Options pull-down menu, select Questions per Page » desired number
    You have changed the number of questions displayed per page in the report.

  1. Display the report

  2. From the Report Options pull-down menu, select Reorder Report...
    The Reordering dialog box appears.

  3. Select a question to move
    HINT: A question is selected when it is highlighted in blue.

  4. Click the desired Move options until the question is in the desired location
    NOTE: The options are Move to Top, Move Up, Move Down, and Move to Bottom.

  5. Repeat steps 3-4 until the questions are in the desired order

  6. When finished, click SAVE
    The dialog box closes; the questions appear in their new order.

return to topChanging the Number of Decimal Places

The default is to display 0 decimal places (e.g., 90%). You can easily change this to display a number more suitable to your report (e.g., 90.25%).

  1. Display the report

  2. From the Report Options pull-down menu, select Decimal Places » desired number
    You have changed the number of decimal places displayed in the report.
