The Qualtrics Survey Results Format Options allows you to create multiple customized reports for the same survey. You can enhance results reports by using graphs, which can then be formatted as desired.
The results for many questions types can be represented graphically or in a table format.
Navigate to the results for the desired question
Click ADD GRAPH![]()
A graph is inserted above the results.
Once you have graphed results for a question, there are multiple options that allow you to customize the look of the graph.
Place your cursor over the graph
A Graph Options toolbar appears at the top of the graph.

To change the type of graph used to represent your data, on the Graph Options toolbar, click the desired type
NOTES:
A submenu of additional choices for that type may appear.
Your graph will change to display the selected type.
To change the source of the data represented by the graph, from the Graph Options pull-down menu, select Data Source » the desired source

To display values at data points on your graph, from the Graph Options pull-down menu, select Show Values
NOTE: The option is selected when a checkmark appears before it.

To change the color of the graph, from the Report Options menu, select Graph Colors » the desired color
NOTE: This changes the color of all graphs on the page.

You may decide not to include a graph of results in your report. In that case, you can easily delete it.
Place your cursor over the graph
A Graph Options toolbar appears at the top of the graph.

Click CLOSE![]()
OR
From the Graph Options pull-down menu, select Remove Graph
The graph is deleted.
