Qualtrics Survey System

Piping Smart Text

The pipe smart text feature in Qualtrics acts much like Mail Merge in Microsoft Word. This feature allows you to insert specific information into question text from several different locations. You can access the Smart TextSmart Text buttonoption when you see the Rich Text editor, available from any text box.
