Viewing Online Presentations: Using the Slide Show View

One option when viewing an online presentation is the Slide Show View . This view allows the presentation slides to fill the entire screen, not leaving room for distractions.

NOTE: This view is available only when viewing the presentation in Internet Explorer 4.0 or later. For more information on what features are available in your browser, see Considerations.

  1. Open the online presentation in the browser
    NOTE: Internet Explorer is recommended.

  2. From the toolbar at the bottom of the presentation, click FULL SCREEN SLIDE SHOW Full Screen Slide Show button

To move to the next slide:

  1. Click the mouse button

To move to the previous slide:

  1. Right click » select Previous

During a presentation, you may need to exit the Slide Show View to access other programs on your computer. There are two ways to exit this view.

Exiting the Presentation: Keyboard Option

  1. Press [Esc]

Exiting the Presentation: Mouse Option

  1. Right click on the presentation » select End Show
