If you are not sure that you will have PowerPoint accessible to show your presentations, you have several options:
Print overheads of your presentation slides
You can have either black and white or color overhead sheets printed.
Use 35 millimeter slides
Faculty and staff can have the Art & Technology unit of the Teaching & Learning Technology Development (TLTDC) center output their presentation slides to 35 millimeter slides.
Save to a CD and view in PowerPoint Viewer. You will need to download the PowerPoint Viewer from the Microsoft web site.
View as an online presentation
Your presentation can be converted into web page and graphic files to be viewed on the Web. See our collection of Viewing Online Presentations documents for more information.
Take a laptop computer
Faculty and staff can get this equipment from the Classroom Services unit of the TLTDC.
Windows only: To use the Pack and Go feature, see Pack and Go for Laptop Users.
Use PowerPoint Pack and Go
Windows only: If the presentation site has a computer for you to use, you can use the PowerPoint feature called Pack and Go to "pack" up your presentation. For complete instructions, see PowerPoint Pack and Go.
