The Outlook Web Application allows you to share calendars with other members of your organization. Those who receive a calendar can compare it to their own, which makes scheduling meetings easier. This document covers viewing a calendar that someone else has shared with you. For information about sharing calendars, refer to the Microsoft help documents Sharing a Calendar and Calendar Sharing Permissions. For general information about calendars, consult the Microsoft help document Calendar.
