Customizing Webmail

With Microsoft Outlook Webmail, you are able to choose the language in which to display Webmail. This customization affects everything except folder names and message content. Message content appears in the language it was originally sent in.

Choosing a Language for the Display

On the Outlook Toolbar, click OPTIONS
The Options screen appears.
From the Navigation pane, select Regional Settings
The screen refreshes to display the Regional Settings options.
In the Language section, from the Choose language pull-down list, select the preferred language
Click SAVE
The display is now in the selected language.
