Customizing the Calendar

Outlook Webmail allows you to customize a calendar display that fits your particular needs. Your calendar can separate your business day from the rest of your day. You can also establish the length of a business day, the first day of the year, and the way the weeks are marked on the calendar.

  1. On the toolbar, click OPTIONSOptions icon
    The Options screen appears.

  2. In the Navigation pane, select Calendar Options
    The Calendar Options are shown in the display area.

  3. In the Calendar Options section, set the desired options

Show week numbers
determines if your calendar will display a number for each week

First day of week
establishes which day begins each calendar week

Show hours in
allows you to divide calendar hours into 15- or 30-minute increments

  1. To designate which days are included in each calendar work week, from the Calendar Work Week section, select the appropriate days

  2. To designate which hours are included in each business day, from the Calendar Work Week section, in the Start time and End time pull-down lists, select the appropriate times

  3. Click SAVESave icon
