Netscape Navigator 7.0

Controlling Header and Footer

When you print a page in Netscape, the default header and footer contain such information as the URL, date, and page numbers. You can suppress this information when printing by making selections from the pull-down lists in the Page Setup dialog box.

You can select header and footer elements in the Margins & Header/Footer tab. There is a pull-down list for each region (left, center, and right) of the header and the footer. The top row of pull-down lists are used for those regions of the header, the bottom row of pull-down lists for those regions of the footer. The Margins & Header/Footer tab of the Page Setup dialog box is pictured here.
