Creating a Shortcut to a Public Calendar
Entourage allows you to view public calendars side by side with your calendar. These instructions show you how to add a public calendar to your Favorites so that it may be viewed from your Calendars list.
Adding a Public Calendar to Your Favorites Bar
Use the following information to add a public calendar to your Favorites Bar.

In the Folder list, in front of Public Folders, click the arrow

Within your Public Folder, click the arrow
next to the desired subfolder to locate the calendar you want to add

Press [control] and click the calendar » select Add to Favorites Bar
The calendar is added to your Favorites Bar.

To view the calendar, select it

Removing a Public Calendar from Your Favorites Bar
If you no longer need to reference a public calendar, you can remove it from your Favorites Bar.

On the Favorites Bar, click and drag the calendar off of the toolbar
The shortcut is removed.
