When sending a message, Entourage can help you find a recipient's email address by searching established directories or by using the Check Names feature. In addition, there are other ways to to locate email addresses outside of Entourage. This document will help you locate the names and email addresses of UW-Eau Claire faculty/staff or students.
Depending on your settings, as you type addresses in the To, Cc, and Bcc text boxes, an autocomplete list may appear with a heading titled Contacts and Recent Addresses. This list will suggest names and email addresses from your Address Book and your account folders (e.g., the Inbox, Drafts, and Deleted Items folders). This autocomplete list does not access the Global Address List, but it may suggest the correct addresses you are looking for.
Entourage can suggest addresses from established Exchange servers. These addresses will appear in an autocomplete list as you type addresses in the To, Cc, and Bcc text boxes.
