Using HTML
Entourage gives you the option of creating messages using an HTML format. HTML provides users with tools for advanced formatting of their email messages. This document explains how to access and use the HTML tools in Entourage.

Using HTML Tools
Using HTML can add character to your emails. Once you know what each tool does, creating a message using HTML is simple.

From the Navigation pane, click MAIL

From the Message dialog box, above the text box, click USE HTML
OR
From the Format menu, select Use HTML
The HTML tools become active. -
Type your message

Use the HTML tools to apply the desired formatting

To send your message, click SEND NOW
HTML Tool Options
The table below outlines the HTML tools you will find when creating messages in Entourage.
