About Interactive Training Resources
To help everyone get ready for using the MyBlugold update, Campus Solutions, training materials on a wide range of topics have been created to familiarize everyone with the new software. The Interactive Training Resources are also known as User Productivity Kit (UPK), but in this document they will be referred to as Interactive Training Resources. For more information, refer to Using Interactive Training Resources and Printing Interactive Training Resources.
NOTE: To use the Interactive Training Resources, you must be using Internet Explorer or FireFox.
This document describes the following features:
Player Modes
When selecting a tutorial from the Training Table of Contents, you will be presented with a selection of player mode options to choose from.

See It! | This is an automatic walk-through of the tutorial. The steps advance by themselves. However, if you wish to move along faster, you can manually advance to the next step by pressing [Enter]. There is also a pause option that allows you to slow things down. |

Try It! | This is the most common mode and the option generally used by direct linking. In this tutorial, you will see one step at a time and then be prompted to complete an action. The directions may prompt you to press a button, select with your mouse, or type something. |

Do It! | This is intended to be available while you are in the program itself by bringing up a small window that contains the tutorial. If you encountered difficulty, you could use this option to be walked through the steps necessary to complete the action you were working on. |

Print It! | This option brings up a document listing all the steps in the tutorial. This can either be saved for later viewing or printed as a hard copy. NOTE: This option is not available on all tutorials. |
Player Options
While using the Interactive Training Resources, there are a variety of options available from the Action link in the yellow training dialog box. These can be used at any time while you are going through the tutorial.

| Next Step | This option advances you to the next step. |
| Previous Step | This option backs up to the previous step. |
| Restart Playback | This option begins the tutorial again from the beginning. |
| Display Concept | This option shows a dialog box with a description of the tutorial you are currently working through. |
| Print it! | This option brings up a document listing all the steps in the tutorial. This can either be saved for later viewing or printed as a hard copy. NOTE: This option is not available on all tutorials. |
| Preferences | This option brings up the Preferences dialog box, where you can make changes to your Interactive Training Resources preferences. |
| Help | This option shows the UPK player Help menu, where you can search and view documents created by Microsoft to help you use the Interactive Training Resources with the most efficiency. |
| Close Topic | This option closes the tutorial, returning you to the Table of Contents or the page where you clicked the direct link. |
