Unable to match gears with Rueben Reina down the stretch, Todd Williams
reluctantly settles for second place. In his four previous national harrier
races Williams has finished 1st ('91), 2nd ('92). 1st ('93), and 3rd ('94).
"At least it was better than my last race,' quipped Williams in reference
to his aborted Olympic race.
