Men's 4K Race Adam Goucher backs up his NCAA victory with the US Short Course Harrier title. Goucher blew the race open on the second lap -- opening 11 seconds on a strong field. "I didn't think I was going to get that much distance on everybody else," the Colorado grad admitted. "I'm pretty strong right now," Goucher added, "I just wanted to come here and see what I could do."
