The GLACURH delegates will be dining at the TERRACE Cafeteria in the Davies Center on lower campus. This cafeteria is more than adequate to hold the number of people we are expecting and can open into adjacent rooms to provide additional seating. The Terrace's location is also convenient for the delegates, as the programs will be in buildings less than a block away. The delegates will eat in two shifts for each meal. For breakfast, the first group will eat from 8:00 am - 8:45 am, and the second group will be eating from 9:00 am - 9:45 am. The fifteen minute gap between shifts allows for the servers to clean and prepare the second round of food for incoming delegates. Lunch will occur in the same fashion, with the first group of delegates eating from 12:40 pm - 1:45 pm and the second group will dine from 1:40 pm - 2:25 pm. The meals will be served as an all-you-can-eat buffet. The breakfast menu includes omelets, eggs, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, sausage, bacon, fruit and cereal. The lunch menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, grilled cheese sandwiches, veggie burgers, fresh fruit, pizza and salad bar; accommodating for the delegates many different food preferences. While one group of delegates eats the other will attend a large group program presented by the UW - Eau Claire's Peer Diversity Educators (PDE) and another by the UW - Eau Claire Student Wellness Advocacy Team (SWAT). Both presentations will be in Schofield Auditorium.
