SPARKLE, GLITTER & SHINE! at the GLACURH 2006 banquet, held at The Plaza Hotel and Suites.  Decorations will transform our banquet rooms into a shimmering extravaganza of glam and glitz.  Delegates are asked to polish up by wearing their favorite SPARKLE, GLITTER & SHINE! attire to help incorporate our evening's theme.  Dinner is served in both the Two Rivers 1, Two Rivers 2 and the Four Seasons rooms.  Each delegate may choose one of the following entrees:  Pork roast or chicken breast with honey or cream sauce.  A vegetarian option of pasta with marinara sauce is also available.  Additionally included in the meal are parsley buttered potatoes, green beans almandine, dinner rolls, relish trays and a beverage.  The much-anticipated awards presentation will follow dinner in the Crystal Ballroom.

The Regional Board of Directors will present the awards for Large School of the Year, Medium School of the Year, Small School of the Year, Advisor of the Year, Commitment to Diversity, Hallenbeck Service Award,  OCM NCC of the Year, Program of the Year, Student of the Year, NRHH Outstanding Chapter of the Year, and NRHH Outstanding Member of the Year.  Conference Staff will present the spirit awards for Best Large School Banner, Best Small School Banner, Best Large School Display, Best Small School Display, Best Roll Call and Top Ten Programs.  A unique and memorable plaque will be presented for each award.  Philanthropy winners and GLACURH 2007 Host School winner will be announced as well.
