The houses built from 1980 to1994 are mostly distributed away from the old city. The Exurban and the north of Putnam Heights has the highest concentration (85 to 46 percent). The next highest concentrated area (46 to 33 percent) are mostly located around Putnam Heights, while the houses with low concentration (33 to 22 percent) can be found mostly away from the old city. The lowest concentration is distributed around the downtown area. The stlye of houses built was Neo-Eclectic (1980s to 2000s). Due to the energy crisis, houses were built two stories to conserve energy.
