The Median age is relatively young at 32.5, while the number of people who hold a college degree is almost a third of all people over 25. The median income is $45,041, slightly above the national median of $44,473 although slightly below the Californian income of $49,894.
The ethnic background of the population is predominately white at 60.2%, with the Hispanic population making up 25.4%. The other ethnic groups made up the remaining14.6%. The population was slightly male heavy with men making up 50.4% of the population.
