"Texas, it's like a whole other country!"

El Paso is located on the far western tip of Texas in the foothills of Mount Franklin.  It borders the Mexican state of Chihuahua and New Mexico.  Separating El Paso from the Mexican city of Juarez is the Rio Grande.  It is rightfully named the “Border City”
