Your gift to support any of the following will help enhance student learning experiences and provide valuable faculty resources. The amount in parentheses indicates the annual amount required to meet current obligations:
- Faculty/student collaborative research ($500-$1,000).
- Student travel to professional conferences to present research ($500-$1,000).
- Stipends for clients receiving therapy services in the Center for Communication Disorders who are unable to pay for the services ($200 per stipend).
- Speakers who come to campus to address issues in the field of communication sciences and disorders ($1,000).
- The development of specialty clinics in the Center for Communication Disorders, such as summer speech-language camps and FastForward Clinic ($1,000 to $5,000).
- Upgrades or replacement of technology to be used in departmental teaching and clinical research ($1,000 to $10,000).
- The purchase of tests and materials to be used in the clinical education of students ($500 to $1,000).
- The Communication Sciences and Disorders Advancement Fund, which provides support for faculty travel to professional meetings, alumni newsletters and events, and other program priorities (gifts of any amount).
- Existing communication sciences and disorders scholarships (gifts of any amount). Learn more.
